30 min Complimentary Consultation 

The relationship between us is so important. It makes the therapy journey easier when there is a genuine connection. This time allows us to get a small taste to see if that fit feels good for both of us. All consultations are virtual; the camera is optional if you feel more comfortable with it off, that’s fine with me! Look forward to chatting with you soon. 

Individual Counselling

Wherever you are along your journey, you’ll be met with non-judgmental care. Whatever terrain we’re exploring, be it childhood, grief, rage, trauma, relationship issues, or identity, you and I are in it together. You have a solid place to land, and every part of you is welcome. 

Virtual Sessions: Secure virtual care from the privacy of your home or the location of your choice. 

In-person Sessions: I’m located in North Burnaby, nestled at the base of Burnaby Mountain. There is ample free parking, and the location is transit-friendly. 

Outdoor Nature-based Sessions: Outdoor sessions are typically in North Burnaby. If we pre-plan, locations such as Como Lake, Cottonwood Park, or Rocky Point are also an option.

There are 2 session durations you may choose from: 60 minutes, $145-$165 or 80 minutes, $165 -$185.

My rates are on a sliding scale, so you can select what feels workable for you, within a structure that supports equitable access to care.

Monthly Virtual Support Circle

If you're looking for folks who share similar values and want to talk about deep, meaningful topics, build some skills and strategies to navigate these wild times we're in, while also having some laughs, this virtual monthly circle would be a great fit for you. There is no monetary exchange for this circle. It lands on the first Tuesday at 6 pm each month. It’s open to all; bring a friend. All from the comfort of your own home.
