Financial barriers can sometimes limit access to consistent and fair therapy. To address this, I reserve a limited number of spaces for clients who may benefit from reduced rates. I also consider the value of my work as a therapist and explore other ways to dismantle these barriers, ensuring folks have the opportunity to receive the support they need.

Insurance Coverage

Many employers offer coverage through benefits packages that may partially, or fully, cover the cost of your sessions. Please check your individual coverage plan to ensure appropriate coverage. My services are often covered through ClaimSecure, Equitable Life of Canada, Green Shield Canada, Manulife, Sun Life and Pacific Blue Cross.
